Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals Inc. (APPI), New York, NY, has signed an exclusive trial distribution agreement with APPI Sweden, a privately held corporation. As part of APPI’s efforts to create worldwide marketing for its products, the agreement with APPI Sweden opens up new territories, which include Finland, Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Terms of the agreement require APPI Sweden to purchase certain minimum quantities of APPI’s dietary supplements to maintain exclusivity.
